Training Terms & Conditions
Satisfaction Guarantee
Gotham Technology Group, LLC guarantees satisfaction with every class. If, for any reason, a student is not satisfied, they can retake that course, at no additional charge. For more information, please call the training department or your account manager.

Students can retake the course that they have attended for a period of six (6) months after their original attendance. Students who are retaking a course will be confirmed five (5) business days prior to the class. Students must bring their original course material to the class. If the course has been revised, students will have to pay for the new course material.

Student Cancellations / Reschedules
Students may cancel or reschedule an existing class registration without penalty by providing Gotham Technology Group, LLC notice at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. If a student cancels a class registration within five (5) business days of the scheduled starting date of the class, the student will be assessed a 25% cancellation / reschedule fee. If a student cancels a class registration within two (2) business days of the scheduled starting date of the class, the student will be assessed a 50% cancellation / reschedule fee. Cancellations with less than two (2) business days notice will not be accepted and the student will be charged 100% for the class. Cancellation notices can be faxed to the training department at 201-802-9615 or to the student's Account Manager.

Gotham Cancellation
Gotham Technology Group, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. If that happens, we will place the student into the next convenient scheduled class. Gotham Technology Group, LLC can not be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses incurred.
