Here are some of the technology stories that caught our eye today:

Researchers at MIT have developed an end-to-end encryption technique for cloud servers that allows a cloud server to process encrypted data and send it back to the user still encrypted.

Security researchers have found a weakness in iPhones on AT&T, Vodafone, and other carriers that forces the phone to connect to potentially malicious Wi-Fi networks.

Microsoft introduced a preview of Active Authentication on Active Directory for Azure, allowing two-factor authentication for users and apps hosted in Azure.

McAfee released Smart Perimeter Beta, a new feature in the company’s Mobile Innovations app, that tracks a user’s devices and sends an alert when a device leaves a defined perimeter.
