Salary range: $55k-$65K
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including webinars, seminars, executive forums (e.g., golf outings, tradeshows, and sales trainings).
- Serve as on-site lead for all events to ensure flawless execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end logistics: venue selection & contract negotiation, invitations, vendor coordination, AV entertainment, budget tracking, marketing giveaways, collateral and follow-up.
Internal Events & Support
- Support company-wide internal events such as Sales Kick-Offs, team dinners, employee events and the annual President’s Club trip.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and communications for event planning and execution.
Marketing Operations & Logistics
- Maintain inventory and coordinate the ordering of all Gotham-branded marketing materials and promotional items.
- Organize and archive marketing deliverables and event collateral in SharePoint.
- Participate in monthly budget and vendor funding reviews, including tracking GL accounts and closing out expenses.
Communication & Content Support
- Assist with outbound communications including email campaigns, vendor messaging and internal lead distribution.
- Capture content and images from events to support social media efforts and internal communications.
- Work with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
- Knowledge of design and marketing tools such as Canva and Eventbrite is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams for webinars.
- Must be a team player who can collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work evenings for events and travel locally (NY, NJ, CT) as required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
