Our customer, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, engaged Gotham to upgrade its Citrix XenApp 5 environment to XenApp 7 App Edition.
Gotham performed an infrastructure assessment of the existing environment, and provided the customer with findings and recommendations. Gotham then developed an architecture design for a new globally load-balanced solution based on the latest release of Citrix XenApp and NetScaler technologies.
Gotham implemented an active/active XenApp 7.5 solution using Machine Creation Services to rapidly provision and maintain a Citrix environment for 400+ globally located users following Citrix/Microsoft best practices. Gotham assisted with testing and production migration, and provided the customer with comprehensive as-built documentation of the new architecture.
