Here are some of the technology stories that caught our eye this week: Bank websites were again hit by cyberattacks. InfoWorld reported that the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters, who targeted several bank sites last fall, were also claiming responsibility for this week’s attacks against PNC, Bank of America and other financial institutions. Here are some of the technology stories that caught our eye this week: Five of the U.S.'s largest banks' websites were hit by what CNN Money described as the biggest cyberattacks in history, causing prolonged slowdowns and sporadic outages. The first victim of the denial of service attack was Bank of America on September 19, while PNC Bank was targetted yesterday. Steve Wozniak, who co-founded Apple with the late Steve Jobs, recently made some eye-opening statements about cloud computing, in particular cloud storage.
