Every month Gotham holds Gotham Jeans Day, an internal fundraiser for charities selected from employee suggestions. Past recipients have included Operation Smile and the Wounded Warrior Project. Our chosen charities for December were the American Red Cross to assist with Hurricane Sandy relief and Children’s and Family Services. The Red Cross continues to focus on reaching as many people as possible who need our help. Getting supplies and meals and water into affected areas is the top priority. Since the... read more.

I've been running Windows 8 for a few months now. Most of my time I use it as I did Windows 7, in the "Desktop." But, recently I've been delving into some of the Windows 8 apps hoping I would figure out the value of this new version of Windows. I've found a few nice apps, and I like the ability to dock an app on the side of my Desktop (such as Lync, news, etc). One Friday of every month is Gotham Jeans Day, an internal fundraiser for a charity selected from employee suggestions. Past charities have included the Michael J. Fox Foundation and World Vision. Although we usually select only one Charity of the Month, we chose two for November: Wounded Warrior Project and Black Dirt Toy Drive.
